Restore cycle history after changing devices

How it works

Use this option if you changed phones or need to restore previous cycle history.

Tap "Download Backup" on your old device.
Move the .csv file to the new device (email to yourself, Files app, or cloud storage).
Tap "Choose backup file" and pick it.

Please note

Your.Days does not store backups for you. Users are responsible for safely saving exported files.
