Your.Days is a friendly period tracker for young people. It helps users log their cycle, write journal entries, and learn about their body in a simple and age appropriate way.

Tips, educational content, and predictions are intended for tracking and learning only. Your.Days does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should speak with a parent, guardian, or healthcare professional regarding health concerns.

Your.Days is designed primarily for ages 8–18. A parent or guardian must create and manage the account and is responsible for subscription, billing, account management, and protected settings.

Free Plan includes:

• Calendar view
• Basic predictions
• Mood tracking
• Educational tips

Monthly Premium: $1.99 / month — includes 7 day free trial

Yearly Premium: $19.99 / year — save over 15% compared to monthly

Premium unlocks: Backups, advanced predictions, journal features, reminder notifications, parent tools, CSV export/import, and additional features as released.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Canceling stops future billing but does not immediately remove account access — Premium access continues until the paid period ends.

All sales are final. Billing concerns may be reviewed individually by contacting info@yourdaysapp.com.

Your.Days allows export of CSV backup files. Users are responsible for saving and protecting exported files. Once exported outside the app, files are no longer managed by Your.Days.

Users can permanently delete data or their account through Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion cannot be reversed.

During account creation, a parent or guardian confirms agreement to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Subscription Terms.

Use the app respectfully and protect personal privacy.

These terms may be updated as Your.Days evolves. Major changes will update the "Last Updated" date.
